Bicycle Helmets

On Friday, October 21, representatives from Children's Hospital (Think First - a brain and spinal cord inury prevention program), Kohl's and local media were here!  Vicki Hill, RN at Children's  Hospital wrote a grant through Kohl's to supply our school with helmets. Several stations were set up in the gym during PE class, such as a helmet fitting station and concussion goggle station.

Each and every child at Green Valley were fitted and given his/her own bicycle helmet!
