Field Day in Pictures

Critter Career Day

Mrs. Hines, our counselor, arranged for a variety of people to share their expertise with us. We learned about careers in the animal industry. Here is a little bit of what we saw!

Bracelets for Boston

Miss Kuklinski's class was in the news last night!  It all started with a conversation.  Students were asking questions about the 8 year old boy who lost his life at the Boston Marathon while cheering on his dad. They wanted to turn this tragedy into a positive.  The students decided to make some yarn bracelets in the official colors of the Boston Marathon to sell as a fundraiser for Children's Hospital.  As of today, they have raised over $400!

Bieber Fever

Students who spent $10 or more at the Book Fair last week were put in a drawing to take Justin Bieber home with them.  Here is our lucky winner!

Her classmates were starstruck too!
